Challenge
The existing website was outdated in both design and functionality. It lacked a modern, user-friendly interface and did not effectively communicate the agency’s brand identity, leading to poor first impressions among potential clients.
Despite receiving decent traffic, the website had a low conversion rate, with visitors failing to engage or take action. The site’s structure and content were not optimized for guiding visitors through the buyer's journey.
Sales team members were reluctant to share the website with prospects or clients because the lead generation funnel was unclear, and the user experience was confusing to navigate.

Approach
The redesign began with an extensive discovery phase, including stakeholder interviews, user feedback collection, brand identity, existing site seo analysis and use lead generation funnel, and competitor analysis. This helped to clearly define the project’s goals: enhance user experience and sales funnel, improve navigation, showcase past work, and create a visually appealing design that aligns with the agency’s brand.
A user-centric approach was implemented, focusing on a visually enticing library of past work, interactive buying journey, responsive site design, and streamlined content about available services.
To ensure optimal performance, the website was designed using Figma and developed on Wordpress. SEO best practices were integrated into the site’s architecture, improving visibility and search rankings. The site’s load time was optimized, and integrations with CRM and analytics tools were implemented to track user behavior and conversions.
The new website launched with a fresh, modern design that significantly improved user engagement. The intuitive UX led to increased time on site and higher conversion rates. The enhanced SEO and image-heavy design boosted organic traffic, positioning the agency competitively in its market.
