Challenge
As Programs Director I was responsible for managing over 50 online merchandise stores programs for various clients. Each store represents a different brand, and the objective is to ensure consistent growth and alignment with client expectations and our company’s growth goals. Each client has unique goals, yet the reporting process needs to be standardized to allow for scalability and ensure consistency across presentations.
Clients + Sales Teams need actionable insights that directly impact their business growth, making it essential to connect the analysis with strategic recommendations. We needed a systematic process for analyzing online merchandise store performance and producing comprehensive, client-ready business review presentations, highlighting key performance data and providing clear growth strategies.

Approach
I developed a systematic, data-driven process for analyzing online merchandise store performance focusing on the key factors that concern clients. Using third-party integration tools to automate, I gathered key details of sales, customer behavior, marketing, inventory, and overall ‘health’ data from various sources into a centralized dashboard.
I defined key performance indicators aligned with each of our internal and client's goals, focusing on revenue growth, customer retention, operational efficiency, and brand engagement.
To support regular merchandise refreshes, I analyze trends such as sales patterns, customer segmentation, and marketing performance to uncover growth opportunities and address problem areas.
